Increased Holiday Entitlement for Temporary Workers
The minimum statutory leave entitlement has been increased throughout the United Kingdom to include temporary workers on contracts for services. These changes have been introduced by virtue of the Working Time Regulations 1998 as amended by the Working Time (Amendment) Regulations 2007.
