The successful candidate must be able to teach up to A-Level standard

The role includes:

· To prepare and plan lessons

· To mark, grade and give verbal and written feedback to students

· To maintain discipline in accordance with the schools’ procedure while encouraging punctuality, behaviour, standards of work and homework

· To communicate with the parents of students’

· To take part in parents evenings and other activities in accordance with the role when required

The position is likely to run until October half term but may be longer for the right candidate
